I have been going here for almost 3 years. Dr. Simmons is nice, however you should have no confidence when they tell you it will cost quoted amount, they may send you additional bills years after services performed. I have always paid what was due at the end of each appointment. They just sent me a bill 30 months later (2.5 years!) showing an outstanding balance not paid by insurance. Date of service was 4/15/2019 and now bill is dated 9/29/21 showing a balance unpaid by insurance. I have no issue with paying what is owed, ... read more

Health Source of Buffalo has been a blessing. Dr Kristin and crew are knowledgeable, kind and super friendly. Rehab and adjustments have made such a difference in my everyday activities and sleep.

Dr. Sehgal"s treatment format is very effective. The first day I limped into his office and when he was finished with our session I walked out the same day. He drastically reduced the pain and gave me increased mobility. The staff is also professional and friendly and very thorough with scheduling and keeping you up to date with all options available to you concerning your chiropractic care.

Dr. Black is one of the best resources anyone can have on your healthcare team. His willingness to listen is one of his strengths. I've found such a blessing in his care that most of my family have been his patients, from my mother in her 80's to my infant grandchildren.

I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. I did not want someone adjusting my bones. (I still am nervous when I go.) One day I was hurting so bad I looked up Chiropractors and chose Health Source. I don't regret my choice. The day I called was the day I meant Duane. He listened to how I was feeling, evaluated and did x-rays. Discussed the x-rays with me and explained them in detail. I was afraid of chiropractors until I was 45 years old. I had a huge issue with my sciatic nerve, it was so painful. I couldn't sit, I couldn't lay. It was only relieved when I was moving. My wife was already a patient of his. I was in so much pain I asked her to take me with her. The first time I saw him my pain was relieved at least 50 %. I've have been a patient of Tracy Bagwell for 19 years. Regardless of the damage I do to myself he always meets me with a smile and fixes me. I trust him completely. I am also a patient of Sean Wallis when Tracy is not available. He too is FAB.

I was a lifelong critic of Chiropracty but Dr. Duane changed my attitude immediately. I now depend on him to fix my creaky neck and shoulders, my aging joints, and my opinion of the profession, If a pain shows up I can depend on Dr. Duane to take care of me. You can do the same! Dan G.
