I`m not much of a review writer, but I`m definitely very happy Dr Chin has returned to the Everett office. I`m confident he can take care of my dental needs, as he has done in the past. I’ve became a sunrise patient 7yrs ago when I moved to the PNW. When Dr Chin left and multiple new churn of dentists came and went, I began looking for a new facility, but the ONLY reason I stayed was the superior support staff. I (was) looking for a new facility and was weeks away from leaving. Now I’m thrilled to see the return of Dr Chin to the team. I’m staying for now. Yes it is! He is gentle, thorough and informative. Talks to you all through the process so you understand what he is thinking and looking at. Very good people skills and chair side manner. And you just have to Love the dental assistant as well. Great job and I will see you Friday. Might show up with Bev as well on Thursday.
Today I was seen by Courtney and Dr. Chin. Both were fantastic and very communicative. Dr. Chin gave me gold stars on my hygiene which was greatly appreciated! The service was in and out and my dental experience was a delight! Thank you both!
Dr. Smith, Dr. Lo, their assistant (Courtney) and the office personnel were very helpful, friendly, informative and professional.
Courtney is an awesome assistant! She handled me w care and the Dr is very gentle. Sara and Tiffany are an awesome duo and know how to do everything!!!
Yes i ate a year old tootsie roll last night. It pulled my front crown out.. i showed up at 9AM unannounced and if they could help. They welcomed me in and helped me out. Thank you!!!
My experience at my appointment was very good,I have jaw problems as well, and Dr Chin always to tells me to let him know when I need a rest so I can relax my jaw for a little bit.
My experience with Dr. Chin and his staff has always been positive. I recommended my son and his four children and the kids loved Dr.Chin. Our appointments were with no wait time and Staff and Dr. always take a lot of time to explain process and provide pictures to take home. It really is a great dental office!
