We switched dentists for my teenage son and are so happy we did. The cleaning was thorough and good. He said it was one of the first times it hasn't hurt and they were nice. He never said this about the other place. I trust Dr. Fitzsimmons and his staff. I personally have gone to them since 2005 and every 6 months since then my cleaning, x-rays, visits have been wonderful.
I am always happy with the care I receive at Plymouth Station Dental. Yesterday I was particularly impressed with technician Brian Vo. He was so gentle that I hardly felt his hands in my mouth. He was also very thorough and personable.
As usual, my service was comfortable and on time. I had a large cavity filled in a back molar which already had a filling in another part of the same tooth. Everything was explained to me before work started. The dentist explained what was done after the procedure and what options were available in case the problem came back again. A very friendly staff. They explained everything that was being done, and even showed me how some of the new equipment worked. Dr.Carl was his usual efficient and professional self. I would definitely recommend to others.
Doctor Carl squeezed me in for an appointment and took care of my broken crown. Very gentle and he explained every step. I felt very comfortable. Nice staff all around. My family and I are switching from our current dentist to Doctor Fitzsimmons.
