Cleaning and exam were done in a friendly and professional manner (as usual).
I expect professional treatment in a professional office and they always are, but what I appreciate most is that they are willing to take the time to talk to me and explain everything until they are sure I understand it. They ask me for any questions, even if it has nothing to do with the purpose I am there that day. I also enjoy the "chat" time and that they know me by name, ask about my kids/grandkid, my job and hobbies. Are there notes on all that in my file?! Dr. Fitz and his staff were ahead of schedule and got the job done with no problems
Had a filling replaced. With the local anesthesia I felt no pain. It was great! Dr Fitzsimmons and Diane were very friendly, professional, and competent in their care. I've been coming to this office for many years now and everyone is so wonderful.
Every one at Plymouth Station Dentist is kind, friendly and reassuring - I am always very nervous about dental work but they have always made me feel comfortable and make the experience as pleasant as possible.
I have been coming to Plymouth Station Dental office for years and have always enjoyed the people and professionalism of the office. Dr. Carl Fitzsimmons is a great dentist and has sound, trustworthy advice. I have the upmost confidence in the staff and recommendations that come out of the office. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone.
