These people are caring and responsive. A very good first impression for a home healthcare agency and hospice agency. Very attentive and not pushy.
I shouldve done my research more carefully before I signed up for home care from this company for my sick grandma. The nurses here do subpar work and barely even wear gloves sometimes when they come in. What's worst is that the founder of this company is currently faces charges by the FBI along with other government entities on fraudulent charges on government health insurance and forgeries of physician signatures for approval. I got her out of the contract and will be going somewhere else that doesn't have legal issues!
