We are very happy with our Hot Spring Prodigy spa and our kiddo loves it as well on a lower temp. It's like having a mini swimming pool in our yard in the day and a hot tub for relaxing in the evening. Everyone at Health-Mate has been super nice, helpful and informative throughout the process of purchasing, setting it up, purchasing maintenance chemicals and and accessories, and then winterizing it as well. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is interested in purchasing a hot tub.
On a scale to 1 to 10, I give HealthMate Hot Tub a 10 plus. My sales associate Gabriel Murillo went above and beyond. He took the time to show us different models and explained all the different features. The best part he didn't pressure us to buy. When it was time to install the hot tub, the installer were on time and fast. We had some trouble hooking up the electrical portion but Gabriel stood by our side and got us up and running. We stopped into Health-Mate Hot Tubs one day just to check out what they had, not really intending to actually purchase one that day. We met Gabriel, one of the sales associates, and he was so informative and helpful, we ended up the new owners of a hot tub. I can not overstate the pleasure of doing business with him and everyone else we met there. Rarely have I felt comfortable with any sales people, this was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend visiting these folks and purchasing any hot tub/ supplies from them.
