Great service. Had issues with our spa and wasn't getting response from the company we purchased from. Called Health-Mate and Jason had a tech here within 2 days of my call. Diagnosed and fixed within a week as we had to wait for parts. Technicians were awesome. Pleasant and very informative. Signing up for maintenance program. Highly recommend them.
Larry was fabulous with helping us choose the tub that we wanted... and even after a blip with our salt system malfunctioning once we got in contact with him he was right there to help us... thank you Larry! we love our hot tub!
We bought out hot tub 3 years ago and have always enjoyed it and when we needed service they were there right away they are the best place to get a hot tub
