Healthmate is the world's best Hot Tub and spa dealer ever. Customer service is superb.The employee's are well knowledgeable, well trained, very responsible. Customer service is outta this world. Overall we are ok with our purchase. Salesman told me he would follow up after our purchase and never did. We had a minor issue that we were able to fix ourselves after installation something was leaking and my husband tightened it. But within the first few months already and not is not functioning properly. Expected better quality from hot springs. We purchased a new hot tub in October of 2016 from Health-Mate Hot Tubs. We shopped around, and planned to buy a hot tub from a local vendor. The local vendor really disappointed us. So, we reached out to Health Mate, a bit farther from our home. Just had a new Hot Spring Grandee NXT delivered last week. From the sale through installation the folks a Health-Mate did everything right. When everything works right out the box life is easy, but this installation had a slight twist. This is where your choice in a dealer makes a huge difference. Unbeknownst to me, the circulation pump was connected improperly from the factory. Not a big deal, and a quick and very easy fix. Gabe was really great , so patient and helpful, it was him who helped us finally choose the hotspring tub we got, the delivery and set up team were awesome, installed with no problems . The electrician they recommended was also great very professional. I highly recommend this place, you can never go wrong with Healthmate.
If you are looking for a hot tub, this is the place to go! My wife and I shopped around for over a month...and nobody compared to HealthMate in the quality of their customer service, level of professionalism and fairness in pricing for a quality product. Larry and Gabe were extremely knowledgeable and professional & made our entire experience amazing! Not only did they set us up with a great hot tub, they met a very tight delivery schedule so we could have our tub ready for a party we were hosting!
