I bought my first hot tub back in 2004 from Healthmate. The tub just started to give me problems and after lengthy discussions with the team there, I decided to trade in my hot tub and get a new Hot Spring spa. Gabriel was great throughout the whole process. They gave me a trade in value, removed old hot tub, installed new. They made it very seamless and painless. I have used them for service over the years and will continue to use them. I would highly recommend them

My wife and I purchased the Aria Highlife NXT- it is awesome. We highly recommend using Healthmate Hot Tubs. Our salesman Gabriel was a big help with our selection. He was very knowledgeable and informative. From purchase, to delivery, to answering my questions on the phone he was great.
We just bought our Caldera Spa from Healthmate 2 Months ago and from Sales through installlation and post installation, the service and support was excellent!! Even after the purchase if you had any questions regarding the setup and chemicals ,the healtmate team would gladly answer them and that is important that you get that support as most spa places just look to sell you a hot tub and that is it. But I highly recommend Healthmate to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub!! Great support and service!!

We purchased the Grandee in June and couldn't be more satisfied! Larry and the guys at Health mate are great! This is my fist hot tub and I did a lot of research! Dear Larry, I want to thank you for making our Hot tub purchase easy and enjoyable. We got a good deal on the SX 3 seater hot spot tub and it was delivered on time like you said it would. Your delivery personal were very corteous and professional. They had very limited space to work with but still found a way to make it happen!
