Went to Highland IN location to get bloodwork. Second time I’ve been here and have never seen another person getting labs at this location, I think I know why. Vickie was “helping” me. Or I should say not helping me. First thing she tells me they are not affiliated with Northwestern Hospital. I told her I had an order with A northwestern oncologist and I just had bloodwork drawn about a month ago at this location. She rudely said she needs an order and she can’t get it.
