Our goal is to alleviate your pain and get you back to the life that you enjoy. We'll target the cause of your pain so that you can have long-lasting results. You'll be given all the time you need to tell us about your concerns and have a thorough evaluation. At each visit, you'll be given the individual attention and care that you require.

I was introduced to Health First Wellness when they came and visited my school. I was impressed by how much the safe truly cared about my health. I have been seeing a chiropractor since I was 12 but have never been taken care of the way I am at Health First Wellness. Dr. Tony, Dr. Holden, and team have the right approach to chiropractic. They find the root of the problem and treat that rather than any sort of temporary fix. They explain everything well and make you feel empowered to fix whatever issues you may have.

I'm a dental hygienist who was having pain and stiffness in my neck and back. It started effecting my work, so I came to Healthfirst. I've been with them for 6 mo now and things are great. My range of motion and flexibility are much improved, and I only have to come in twice a month for adjustments. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, and they are always able to accommodate me with my crazy schedule. A special thanks to Brittany and Dr. Tony!
