Our goal is to alleviate your pain and get you back to the life that you enjoy. We'll target the cause of your pain so that you can have long-lasting results. You'll be given all the time you need to tell us about your concerns and have a thorough evaluation. At each visit, you'll be given the individual attention and care that you require.

I started going to Health First Wellness last November after moving back to Texas and was 24 weeks pregnant. Dr. Tony has wonderful and very knowledgable on adjusting pregnant women. The care I receive here is outstanding. RecommendedI first came to Health First Wellness Center more than six years ago with severe lower back pain. The chiropractors here didn't just give me a quick adjustment and tell me to come back next week for more of the same. I came to HealthFirst Wellness Center with hip pain that had been bothering me for years. After just a few months of chiropractic care and hard work, my hip pain is nearly gone, my flexibility is much better, and I feel healthier then I have in years! The entire staff is very friendly and encouraging. I would highly recommend them!
Dr Tony could be close to a miracle worker..... Rather than have surgery done on my left heel, I came to HealthFirst upon a friend's recommendation. He has been working with me, and through chiropractic care and a determination to get to the source of the pain(s) and fix it, amazing progress has been made. My pain is greatly reduced, I know it will be eliminated eventually. I can walk and hike again with a lot less pain. I am one happy camper.
