The move to central scheduling has created so much frustration and disservice to patients and their families. There seems to be a significant disconnect between central scheduling and the care teams and providers at our main clinics. In the fall I attempted to schedule myself and two of my children for the flu shot and after sitting on hold for 35 minutes I was told by central scheduling that flu shots weren’t being scheduled in clinic at the time. The only problem I should have never got a termination letter clinic service for maplewood clinic when it happen at downtown Saint Paul location. So if you deal maplewood clinic beware please they could do the same to you.

Everyone click this link and show your support for the registration team at Southdale Edina. They should be given the rights to create their Union. Their managers are horrible for what they did to their staff. No N95 for their registration team, no internal raise in 2 years, bias Af, targeting an innocent black Muslim woman for standing up for her coworkers to be treated right.
