THEY NEVER ANSWER, I GOT A CALL RETURNED 4 MONTHS LATER, THEY CAN NEVER ANSWER A DIRECT QUESTION. CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT SUCKS! THEY HAVE A BILLION NUMBERS FOR THE SAME 5 PEOPLE WORKING IN THE OFFICE. STRAIGHT GHETTO FABULOUS!!! I should have never worked for this company

United home help care is very unprofessional client managers r rude staff is rude i can run a small business better then that especially on payday the person that is in charge of payroll is slow dont know wat she doin very rude to many complaining i think the state should review them
Unprofessional!!! All BAD!! Need more business skills!! customer service very poorD!! Cant get checks on time give you the run around.. who does direct deposits on PAYDAY!! Don't have plans or especially if a BILL is due that Day on You made arrangements!! You will be HIT!! Im very PISSED OFF!!
