I am grateful for the United Home Help Care team because it allows me to take care of my love one and provide a income. Caring for a love one can be hard when the bills are constantly coming in, but now I can focus on giving the needed attention to my love one and not fear answering the phone "Thinking the bill collector is calling" uhhc reduce the stress. As I read these reviews I’m wondering what these other people are talking about. I love the staff and how friendly and professional they are. It feels like I’m with family when I walk into the office and everyone greets me by name. It makes me feel good to know that I’m not just a dollar sign to them. Any time I need to know something or have a question there is always someone to answer it, if I leave a message they always get back to me. I actually have multiple people with them and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I really hope you guys are talking about the same United Home Help Care is I am, because from my experience I haven't experienced any of the negative things that were said. I actually saw one of their commercials and called I am currently getting paid to take care of my brother and Grandma. I'm pretty sure they have hundreds of clients, so when it comes to retuning phone calls, I have no problem what so ever. I have had the hardest time contacting this agency. After providing vital information it seems that it is extremely difficult to get in contact with a live person. Once you do the person sound like who you've spoke to previously. I wondered about the company exercising integrity and adhering to HIPAA. I will not attempt to utilized their services and will be monitoring for fraud or abuse.
I don't know what all yall talking about but I NEVER had a issue with United. I didn't know anything about this program and I was doing this for free for my mom who became really sick all of a sudden. Yall SOUND real ghetto fabulous and ignorant. They always help me and I had an emergency and the lady that do checks even paid me earlier then what she was supposed to just to help me so I don't agree with these comments.
