Leana (sp?) and Dr. Girardi are an amazing team! I hadn't been to a dentist in years so I was worried about what they would find for my dental issues. Leana made me feel comfortable from the minute she introduced herself and she explained everything she was doing, every step of the way. Dr. Girardi explained my dental issues to me and how they could fix them with kindness and in a language I could understand, having no knowledge of dentistry. Both were kind and funny. This was my first time visiting the clinic. I was impressed with the layout of the waiting room - comfortable couches and a large aquarium filled with colorful fish. This clinic is clearly cutting edge using iPads to set up medical history and personal profile. Everyone from the receptionists to the dental assistants ( especially Laura) and the dentist were warm and personable. Dr. Virga was sensitive to my situation and acted accordingly. A great first experience!
Watertown Dental Group is an awesome organization. The check in staff, Dental Hygienist, and Dentist! They always follow up with a courtesy text and telephonically in the event you have not checked in by your allocated timeframe. Also if you desire and earlier time, they will call on the day of appointment to verify if you want to come in earlier! Follow up process is excellent! THEY ARE SUPER! I am very pleased to have chosen this dental group! Thanks a million for all you do! V/R Jacqueline
