Today was her first day back from maternity leave and I was her first patient. I asked her if she had a UTube video of how to do this as a reminder! She laughed and went about her work as usual and was great!!!!
Staff is amazing and helpful with all questions. Also love that they will call and try to help you get seen earlier than planned at their own convenience!
Watertown dental health group has always provided excellent service over the years. The staff at Watertown all the staff are very knowledgeable and professional and are great. Katie was my hygienist as usual excellent service .
Very pleased with the dental hygienist who did a very thorough cleaning and was genuinely very solicitous during the entire process. Dr Girardi was also very thorough and offered some very good information on on upcoming surgery that has to do with future dental care.
I had a cleaning done by Katelyn- She was friendly, professional, and did a great job! Dr Girard, professional and friendly as always, gave me the positive news of good xrays- except for the broken tooth that needs a crown...ugh! I actually enjoy going to the dentist's office. ( except for a crown! :). I feel the Dr. and staff listen to any concerns and address them. Highly recommended!
Dr. Girardi got right to work and fixed a throbbing tooth pain that was ruining my week and certainly my sleep. A quick phone call and the next morning I was in a chair with the doc for a total of 15 min. A short time later I was back at work pain free. If you haven't experienced a painless and trouble free experience with some other dental office don't waste any more time, and get over to Watertown Dental Health Group for your next visit. Thanks Dr. Girardi!
From walking in to leaving it was professional, friendly, and comfortable. No more than you can ask from a Dentist experience.
