Lindsay is an awesome hygienist I enjoy going to her and Dr. Gerardi is awesome too. They are very friendly and make you feel very At ease .
After ignoring my dental health for some time, I went back to address some jaw pain. I ended up having some extensive work done. Katie was not only through, but very sensitive to my comfort as I went through several days of restorative work. Dr. Virga was professional and caring as he drilled out an old filling and replaced it with a new one. As someone who has had some fear of dentists in the past I can whole heartedly recommend this dentist.
These people are absolutely patient oriented. From the front desk to the dental assistant and the Dentist, to the checkout, great people. Unfortunately my insurance blows, but would absolutely recommend these fine people. You have good coverage? I highly recommend Watertown Dental Health Group.
Going to the dentist always makes me nervous but everyone in the office makes me feel very relaxed and explains things really well. They all put me at ease.
I started experiencing jaw pain and wasn't sure what was going on. My dentist couldn't get me in for weeks & the on a Fri when my dentist was closed it got really bad. Dr Girardi was willing to help me & found I needed a root canal. To me that's excellent medical service. Always on time to service. Get a great job and looking good.. Answer all questions asked and get a response that is satisfying.
We have special needs in our family due to sensory processing and anxiety. The techs here were amazing in talking me and my kids through everything, so we knew what to expect. They were very calm, and the office has a good atmosphere. For the first time ever, we are excited to keep going back to the dentist!
I had an immediate need to see the dentist. They were able to get me in same day and take care of my problem. Wonderful staff.
I was so happy when Watertown Dental was able to see my daughter today after a dental emergency. The office is beautiful and the staff was friendly. We did not have to wait very long to be seen. The hygienist Loralee and Dr. Virga were wonderful with my daughter! Thank you again!
