As a military family new to the area I had put off finding a new dentist, so my kids and I were overdue for our routine cleanings. Finally I called one place that could not get us in until about four months out... I called Watertown Dental Health Group and they were able to get all five of us in that same week! Our appointments were on time, professional, and thorough. We got exactly what we needed and will certainly be back in 6 months.
My 3 year old walked in the door happy as could be and “prepared” for her basic cleaning appointment. As soon as she got in the chair, however, she burst into tears and was not exactly cooperative. The hygienist and dentist were both calm, friendly, and patient and we got everything done we were there for.
As a very critical person with a huge fear of the dentist, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Virga. I'm lucky to have found him and would definitely recommend anyone to go to Watertown dental health, especially if you have anxiety about going to the dentist. Something about him just puts me at ease which is hard to do. Pain free and anxiety free is definitely a forte for this office. The dental assistants are more than amazing as well.
I have vertigo and the dental hygienist was very accommodating and did a good cleaning.

Front desk was friendly. dental assistant was very kind, patient, easing my anxiety, gentle and friendly. Dr. was direct, and friendly. checkout on the other hand was a little reserved.
I have been a patient of Watertown dental health for a number of years and always received excellent care from the receptionists to the dental staff.
