The care is consistent with leading practices in the field and meticulously delivered. The offices are clean, organized, well staffed, comfortable, and friendly. I was seen at the exact time of my schedule appointment and received great care and service - top rating.
I was called in for an earlier appointment with another hygienist. She advised me that next time to ask which one I would have and that I didn't have to take the appt. I have been going to the Watertown Dental Health Group for over 25 years and have had many hygienists in that time and all are professional, efficient, and do a good job cleaning my teeth. I always come away from my appointment satisfied that my teeth were cleaned and well cared for. Thank you Watertown Dental Group.

'Sue' was my hygienist and was great to do my cleaning. She was friendly and informative the whole time. Put me at ease and did an excellent job. The check-up with Dr. Virga was just as pleasant and informative. Although - no free toothbrush/lollypop/etc. after the visit. (just kidding, of course). Sometimes, larger health providers can be a bit impersonal and mechanized. Not the case, here. The entire staff was pleasant (and pink!). That was nice.
I have always appreciated the care received from Dr. Girardi and staff. Sadly, my insurance ends this month and the carrier I will go with may not include Wat'n Dental. I will miss you!
