Great experience for an unpleasant procedure thanks to great staff! I had a graft of my gums moved to another area of my mouth. I appreciated getting updates throughout the procedure. It was quick and the staff were kind and understanding of my anxious feelings.

Stephanie is super friendly and does a great job cleaning my teeth every time. Dr Girardi is professional and friendly as well. Our whole family has been coming here since 2006. It's hard to find good dentists in this area. This is one of the better dental clinics in the North Country. Highly recommend.
Dori does an excellent job cleaning teeth but what's more important to me is the training she provides on how to brush teeth near gum. And she shows you the correct technique to flass. Don't think for one minute that your customers know how to do above techniques, that whys remedial education is so critical. Second time for Dr Virga, he's ok, and does complete inspection after cleaning. Coming back for removal of cement under gum when a cap was done in the summer.
The staff from the front desk to the treatment room are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The Doctors are also very friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgable, professional and effective. And of course the fact that it is painless helps a lot. Watertown Dental Health Group is the best dental practice I have every used in my 60 + years.
All three kids had their cleaning at the same time and we all left on time.
