Everyone went good.
Dental cleaning by Donna was thorough as usual. The post cleaning examination by Dr Frais revealed no problems.
Dr. Frais clearly has superior expertise and has saved teeth that another dentist opined could not be saved,
my favorite part of going to Indy Dental Health, the staff is just superb !! From Front Desk to the Hygenists. Everyone is always helpful, smiling !
Entering the office, the atmosphere that I felt was friendliness and compassion. My hygienist, Nelly, was so courteous, respectful and helped me feel at ease. Dr. Fraiz and Dr. Griffith were polite and caring as they explained to me what the problem was and gave me options for treatment. I admire all the staff for their caring and commitment towards their patients, and I highly recommend them.
Our experience at IDH was stellar. Everyone from the front office staff to Dr. Fraiz was outstanding. I was immediately impressed when upon entering the office, a young man was at the front desk for a dental appointment, however, he was at the wrong dental office, Apparently, there is another in the area with a similar name. Wow! This was my first visit and every person in the office was courteous, engaged and very professional! My sister recommended Dr Griffith at Indy Dental and I see why as I was very impressed with the level of care and customer service!
As usual, great care and attention from the time i checked in until i left the office.
