A doctor called James Lee told me complete medical misinformation by causing me to believe that because my blood work came back normal, it was not possible for anything else to be wrong with me. He even refused to refer me to a specialist. He was wrong because after I moved to another city I was diagnosed with a chronic illness. But James Lee told me I just had anxiety and that I was crazy, which delayed my diagnosis time, caused my condition to worsen, and prevented me from receiving much needed ADA accommodations.
The care team is great. The doctors are smart and for the most part they are punctual. HOWEVER, their billing policies are a NIGHTMARE. They force you to pay their “estimate” up front which always ends up being way more than the actual cost and they refuse to give you a refund if you have any other claims (even unrelated) ones still processing or if you have any other claims appointment. If you’re going to charge people on the date of service, you should refund them when they overpay, no questions asked.
Called to make a appointment for sperm analysis after my insurance referred me. And they basically said NO
You would think with all the doctor offices there putting up in Lakeland they would hire some people to answer the phone first.
The nurses and technicians there are very nice they make you feel very comfortable
