What a great experience. And this is from a guy who hates going to the dentist. I arrived on time but had to wait ten minutes. Both the receptionist and the hygienist apologized for the "delay". They pride themselves on timeliness. I had been to other dentists where I waited half hour or more and not a word. The X-rays were done smoothly . I have a small mouth which causes me to gag. When I switched to Dr. Bill Viglione's practice several years ago when my dentist retired, I was happy to find that the switch was beneficial for several reasons -- the dental practices were the latest, dentist and hygienist are highly skilled, and the atmosphere in the entire office is friendly, cheerful and caring. I actually look forward to seeing everyone when I come here twice a year. My hygienist, Cindy, has helped me learn how to take better care of my teeth.
