I’m new to health express
I’m visiting from Arizona and sliced my thumb open. Health Express confirmed my insurance in minutes and I was in a room with a PA within 20 mins. The staff was nice, professional and made me laugh. This made me feel at home. I was they were in AZ.
Health Express has been my go-to for the last five years whenever I couldn’t get an appointment with my primary care doctor and needed to be seen the same day, until recently that is. The office staff and doctors have all been very nice and efficient, and I loved how they don’t keep you waiting for hours on end for a 15 minute appointment (like my PCP always does). From first call to health express in Plymouth and subsequent visit I would recommend this as an Alternative to an ER HOSPITAL visit during the pandemic. Very organized, friendly patient staff, knowledgeable and CLEAN.
