This is an absolute disgrace. The Pennsylvania Department of Health has been inactive for a year. I filed a complaint about the actions of criminals in leading ophthalmology hospitals in Philadelphia who force patients into medical research. I am a carrier of a rare genetic condition. In three and a half years, I have not received any medical care. The department remains silent. No one responds to my messages left on the voicemail. It's shameful. Service is awful & misleading. Requests for Death Certificates supposedly takes "only 5-10 business days" for delivery. Stop with the dishonesty. It wasn't received until a full MONTH+ after payment submission. We move on business much faster "Down South." LOL
Worst ppl to pick up when you try to call them to settle a situation. Been on the phone waiting to talk to a caseworker from 2:28pm - 5pm waiting an no one answered the phone. An when you walk in there the line is so long a there’s only two windows. Worst is place ever.
Been over a week still don’t have my medical card and I only live 3 hours away.
