Best colonic place in the city – My experience at the healthconnnection was great. I was nicely greeted by the young gentleman at the front desk, and everyone seemed nice to me. The office was clean and organized. I have recomended this place to all my friends and family.
Best place I have ever been too. – I went to HCC and it was a wonderful experience . The people there were very nice and friendly. I did the colonics had 7 sessions so far and love the way I feel. I lost about 6 pounds and my energy is way up there. They had this Chi healer there who was really good. My back no longer hurts me. They give you hand out and really explain everything very well. Its a nice place.
Awesome Experience. I Feel Great – I had chronic fatigue and did their 8 sessions program. I haven't felt this good in years. The place is clean - it is not dirty as I have read. The director does run a tight ship. I came late and she let me know that being late would take time away from my own time . Both of my therapist was really great. WITH THEIR HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM, I'D BE AFRAID TO LET THEM PERFORM ANY PROCEDURE ON ME – I called to inquire about their services and the qualifications of the person(s) performing colonics (after all, it's my digestive organs and health we're talking about here) and the director of the Spa herself (imagine that!) was RUDE, had a very HARSH, UNPROFESSIONAL phone manner and had an "attitude" about giving me the information. I highly recommend colonics if you have acne problems – This was the first time I ever did anything like this. My girlfriend talked me into getting a colonic. She recommended this place because she was there before and saw two Eagles players in there. I don't know what services they were getting but she was impressed with the place so I decided to give it a try. Disorganized, unprofessional, inexperienced, unsterile – I was unsure what to expect as I have never been to a holistic facility before and never had a colonic. As a first time patient I was greeted by the receptionist who asked me to fill out paperwork . She then began a 20 minute personal call while ignoring the buzzer for the door. Unprofessional, Unclean and Expensive...Avoid at all cost!!! – As a first time patient, I?ve experienced several encounters with the owner. You can first start by the owner walking around the establishment with dirty feet and that should have been my first sign to get up and leave. If you need to reschedule an appointment, the owner becomes argumentative and irate; very unprofessional. Colonic Nightmare! – ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC experience!! Staff person, seemingly untrained & mostly inexperienced left to do colonic on her own. Midway called director for help. Unprofessional and Dirty – As a health center, the complete lack of cleanliness and professionalism was remarkable. As a first time patient, no one introduced themselves or even read my file. Signs for tips are everywhere in this establishment, which is frustrating seeing how no one even bothers to clean. Very discouraging experience all around.
