Call to get an app, immediately told me do not accept my insurance, when I just have with my insurance over the wand gave me this as one of the options, customer service is horrible can't imagine the service there

Arrogant unprofessional and unreasonable people. If you are ordered to go there I would definitely ask to be sent some where else. They will search for reasons to make it hard on you. It's very inconsistent and needs to be investigated.
