I sprained my ankle, called for the same day appointment so I could see them in 40 minutes, they helped me by getting me a wheelchair, took my vitals, did X-rays on site, and we were done in about an hour. The doctor and medical assistants had an excellent bedside manner and the front desk was attentive. Everyone was competent.
Excellent doctor, immaculate office, very efficient operations, one cannot ask for anything more from an urgent care center! I took my teenage son to Health Check Urgent Care on the basis of the strong reviews, and as we walked out less than an hour later having had wonderful care from Dr. Al-Kadiri and his team, it was easy to understand the reviews. I have had two experiences at this urgent care. Both times I’ve had quick and accurate care. It’s the only urgent care I’ll ever go to again.
I had a really painful day today, but thanks to Dr. Mahdi’s kindness and care, I felt much better. He truly listened, explained everything clearly, and made me feel safe and supported. So thankful for doctors like him!
