RecommendedFacility is very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't wait long at all
Unprofessional. They need to scrap everything and start over..
You wait two weeks for a scheduled appointment, they then call you back a hour before your scheduled appointment informing you that it has been cancelled. Meanwhile, you had to take a day off work.
Ok my appointment with my daughter at The Health Annex was great, the staff was awesome!!!! Dr. Katie & her nurse assistance was the best!!!!! Im lookin forward to many more appointments with them, next is my son's appointment!!! I even checked out the dentist side & she has a appointment with them next month, hope it all goes well with that as well as it did today!!!! Thanks for making my daughter feel comfortable!!!!
I don't like that u have to call in for same day appointment and they dont answer the phone's...One time the phone was ringing for a whole hour....i drove up there and made the appointment...it was quicker than calling waiting for someone to answer...And for the childrens doctor it always booked up and i have to pre-schedule their appointments just to get in.....and da dentist part is another thing...this one black dentist guy is just do rude an insensitive to patients and their feelings....
I've been going here for 10 years and I love it!!!!! All the doctors are great and so is the CMA's. The dentist is great there too!!!
Empowered CDC has breathed new life into a dormant facility, and as a result the Southwest community is being changed from the inside out!
Dr.Katie is the best!! The same day service is great if u can get an appointment.
I liked it clean personnel was professional. Although I have a relative that works there as well, I would recommend it to others.
