Used them to investigate a claim for my son. They are useless and required a lot of time from me help them understand the situation. My contact name is Joe Barnas. It took 2 months to get a response from them re: Aetna. "They said they paid you." was a worthless response and less detailed than my Explanation of Benefits. This company is a farce and deserves to go out of business.
