I bought about 16 pieces of furniture from Head Springs Depot. Johnny, the salesman was a delight to work with. After my purchases, the customer service was very disrespectful. I tried a few times to inquire about my bill. I bought my furniture using their discount of no-sales tax. I have yet to get an answer, to my several emails or phone calls, concerning my billing. I have been following this store for a while on facebook and instagram. When I bought my house and was finally ready to buy, they did not disappoint. I was able to buy a HUGE, STURDY, BEAUTIFUL coffee table that gives those RF vibes at a WONDERFUL price. The customer service was amazing. The delivery was prompt. I have already recommended it to everyone who has seen and fallen in love with my new coffee table, so I definitely recommend.
Just purchased a large coffee table and end table a week ago. Everyone, including the delivery guys, were so nice and helpful. It was a pleasant experience buying from Head Springs Depot and we gladly give them a very positive recommendation!!
