We just received our furniture today and we LOVE it! The whole Head Springs Depot fam went above and beyond exceeding our expectations. They have the BEST costumer service. Matt and Kagan delivered everything for us today and they were awesome. So polite, respectful, down to earth, and made us feel comfortable with the whole delivery experience. Plus, they were super careful bringing everything in, which is always a plus when you have freshly painted walls 🤪 10/10 recommend!
This place is a hidden gem, just love it! Very friendly helpful staff, brought my 3yr old and they had a little play area for him. Kim played and colored with him while we finished our order. So sweet and man do they have great quality items for even better prices! Real wood furniture, stylish and solid pieces in a huge store. Our order came in fast, was very impressed will be back ❤️

I will never, ever shop at this store again. This place has absolutely NO customer service! I ordered a cloud couch on Memorial Day (as in May 25) and they have done nothing but botch the order! Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong, including delivering the wrong couch because they didn’t take the time to check the order before delivering it. Overall: Underwhelming experience and the quality of stock was less than average. I gazed upon a sea cheap dupes and Restoration Hardware replica hard misses in a dirty stuffy building. Don’t waste your time.
