Horrible service. We have placed many orders with this company, but the last 2 have just been horrible customer service. We are given a delivery date and they never show up nor deliver or order. When calling and asking that just say that they aren't sure why it doesn't get delivered. Poor customer service and worst experience we've had.

Do not shop here if you live our build in a gated community. Divers refuse to show drivers license at security gate, refusing delivery of order. Asking us to walk a mile to gate to receive order and walk back merchandise on our back to house. Its company policy not to show drivers license and I wonder why? Who the employees are.

If zero stars were an option, I'd pick that. HORRIBLE communication within the company. The wrong products (countertops) were delivered to my home TWICE. Each time, I called to speak with a representative, and each time I was told it would be taken care of. 4 weeks later, and my two charges have still not been credit, nor have the orders been cancelled, as I requested. We had used HD Supply for almost two years without incident, then in May we received an outrageous statement, more then double what our average bill was. I can't tell you how many different customer service representative we have dealt with without any resolution. They are claiming three of the invoices were signed by someone who has never worked for our company for products we never ordered. We are willing to pay for what ordered but nothing more. This company is lousy, we decided to test drive them to see if they were good to deal with.FAIL. I've never had anyone make me purchase the same item twice to resolve a quality issue, Im only happy that we didnt purchase 100 water heaters or something else from them. Their return policy is pure hell. Provide them with a credit card to get missing parts sent??? rubbish. THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS EVER!!!!!!!
