HD supply as become a total joke , ************************* the area manager is total arrogant, non communicating management type has no care for anyone in his region or issues they are suffering with. Dont bother with this company. They are a complete joke. I have yet to receive a package that I ordered in May and it is now August. What makes it even better is that they keep changing the arrival date and cant even tell me where its at. Now I want to cancel my order and get my money back and its like a ghost town. Not a soul will respond to me. Its a scam, save your money.
Order a 40' sumo stance ladder. Came to 1073$. I got an order conformation emailing saying my order was in. Then I got a voicemail my card was declined even though I checked my bank and the 1073$ was pulled out of my account. I called the company and the employee said she wasn't sure what was going on then I get an email saying my order is out of stock. They ran my card twice. Purchased a Zenith 24W X 26"H Surface Mount Espresso Wood Medicine Cabinet on 4/22/2022.Upon opening the box I noticed minor flaws in the coating on the frame of the unit. It shouldnt show when the product is installed, but it was a sign of more to come.Upon closer inspection of the overall construction of the unit, I noticed that the joint where the bottom meets the left side was separated to the point where it was almost coming apart. I purchased shampoo in bulk for our b and b on February 23rd. Since I have called and canceled the order and re-ordered twice based on the suggestions of the customer service persons. I just canceled the third order. All three orders appear on their site as in transit. I do not recommend this company.
We bought a door from here that we did not end up needing and initiated the return process. After not hearing any further information approximately 2 weeks after requesting a return, we reached out and were told it was taking them a while to get someone scheduled to come pick up the door but we would hear from them when the next step of the process had been initiated. DO NOT use the company for anything! If you value the efficiency of you ***************************. avoid this company at all cost. The supplies you need are never in stock and frequently backordered with no credible delivery date in sight. They use fed ex for shipping, which is a total joke. Many items are sent via a third party supplier and shipping cost become outrageous. Customer service is completely incompetent and their grasp of the English language is non- existent. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered 3 complete toilets. 2 of the 3 had broken tanks. They said that I had to purchase 2 new entire toilets and that they could not just send the tanks. I had to purchase the 2 new toilets, return the ones with broken tanks, and then I would be credited back 500+ dollars. They also said that a shipping label to return the broken tanks was going to be emailed to me which never arrived. Paid for two freezers with two day shipping on 8/17 and 8/19. 4 Weeks later and over 20 calls, never shipped. Called again and cancelled, they confirmed cancellation, and I get a call from FEDEX a week later asking about delivery of two freezers. Call HD Supply back and now they are in the process of "returning" my money, but won't do it until the freezers they mistakenly sent out to FEDEX are returned. I've waiting over 6 weeks now with over $1600 held hostage.
