I'm so very disappointed in this company. How can you miss giving my 87 year-old mother her medicine....multiple times??? No way! I gave a two, because the aides who do show up have been good. I wouldn't recommend using this agency. They are not dependable.
HCR took great care of me after my knee replacement. I would recommend them to anyone. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
HCR took great care of my mother after her knee replacement. All of the staff who worked with her were caring and professional. They also took great care of my grandmother after she broke her hip. I would highly recommend using HCR for home care.
Frequently, calls aren't returned and it's very difficult to get issues resolved. Their "customer service" needs a lot of help! Schedules seem to be developed for the convenience of the employees rather than the convenience of the customer....the one paying the bill!
Service is excellent! The one nurse Bonnie is super helpful, 10/10 would recommend
awesome staff! This is the 4th surgery they are involved in with me. I feel safe and confident that all will be taken care of in a quick and effective caring environment❤️❤️❤️
