Worst home care company i have ever delt with! Unorganized, unprofessional, total lack of communication, they don’t show up for scheduled appointment!! Hands down...WORST
I love all my clients and nurses. Staff always listen to concerns and address them as fast and as best as they can. Communication between main office and the field could be better but other than that.... awesome company!!!

Oneonta, NY Office review- Horrible people. They want to harass bicyclists from across the street after motorists already harassing a bicyclist not doing anything wrong. Any idiot who doesn't know that bicyclists have the same rights on the roads as cars do needs to have their license revoked immediately, including the two drama jerks in the office here. I would NEVER go to such a horrible staff for my needs.
Worst "company" I've ever seen in my life. Your totally dysfunctional staff ultimately harms the patient because they do not get the care that they need. i was told there were cases to work out in Wayne county. there was one for 2 hours.For 2 weeks I called and emailed about everyday if anyone had any cases for me to work . I waited and I didn't receive one. I emailed my boss 5 Tim and called about this concern for no work and I asked to work in Rochester still nothing. I was new to the company and I was lied to when I was told I was able to have cases in Wayne county. HCR waisted my time and their own time hiring someon if there was no work to begin with ! bad communication
It would be nice if the clinicians that come to install equipment would LISTEN!! Instead of tramping all over my mothers house being very inconsiderate to my mother and her condition!! After having open heart surgery she was asked to push and pull on a chair.. Really? I really wish we had another option for health care in our area!!
