They never show up. They keep canceling and saying the person had to go somewhere else after my mom was already scheduled. Just deciding someone else is more important because how can you send them somewhere else if my mother's appointment was first. Weeks later and we are still waiting.
I had nothing but pleasant experiences with HCR! I saw Nick Cortese for PT 2 times per week. he was always on time, often early and eager to dive in to our session. he constantly had new and creative ideas to help me. I learned so much from him, I do wish I could continue working with him! he also brought along Maddie who was learning from him. she also had very creative ideas for exercises, listened to my goals, and was just a genuinely nice person. Thank you HCR!
I want to be cancelled out from Home Care Management. Your agency has been absolutely useless to me. I'm in bed, exhausted and feeling sick and after months of working with you people I still have no services and no help. I'm disgusted and look forward to finding better in Wyoming county.

Since the beginning of their services for my grandmother ( who is in an Assisted Living, on lock down due to Covid-19) they have never contacted me, her POA. They have never given a schedule as to when they would be coming to flush and empty a gallbladder drainage bag. They are to come 3x a week I had to get the medical insurance company involved. one nurse told me they only have 2 nurses who get tested for Covid-19. Sadly, that is not our problem. From office staff to field staff I have always been made to feel that everyone at HCR strives to perform at their very best...especially now when dealing with a pandemic. Things don't always go according to plan but I can attest that all HCR staff members put in the extra effort to ensure that these episodes are not the norm. I highly recommend this healthcare company and would not hesitate to enlist their services for any of my family members.
I would like to recommend HCR services in the ROchester metro area. My mother is being well taking care of by a number of professionals but especially the SOcial worker Iris and the state nurse Yanet for all the patience and love they have shown to her
Everything! Always changing the scheduled time that the aid is at my house,locking my fur babies in their crate or another room everyday for 2 hours while aid is here but my biggest problem is that I don’t like y’all but I tolerate because the local va hospital says my husband needs someone who will do for him instead of him doing for himself!
