I saw Dr. Chung for a second opinion for low back surgery. Was impressed with his expertise, knowledge, and demeanor. He also has a great sense of humor. I have elected to have him as my surgeon.
Great visits with everyone in the office.
This visit was my first using Medicare. The service provided by Dr. Li and his staff continues to be stellar. Dr. Li is attentive to you as a person not just a patient. He is respectful of your concerns and does not diminish in any way what you are feeling. He addresses the issues and discusses them with the detail that you may require. His staff are also professional and kind in their interactions with you.
Courteous staff. On time. I was afraid that surgery was the only option, but Dr Chung was great in explaining alternate options, with surgery being the worst case scenario.
Katelyn Uhlemann and everyone associated with her practice are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Katelyn goes above and beyond for me, never rushes and always very thorough. Dr. Li is always very thorough, making sure that I understand the diagnosis and returning to good health. His promptness also means a lot to me since I don't like sitting in waiting rooms waiting for doctors that aren't respectful of my time.
I always feel like Dr Li takes exceptional interest and time when I need to visit him. He answers all my questions and explains thoroughly. Dr Li is truly a gifted physician - warm, interested, informative, curious and light hearted. I feel incredibly blessed to have him as my doctor.
Julie is great- personable and professional.
I have been seeing Dr. Li as my primary physician for at least 20 years. He is compassionate and willing to think outside the box at times which makes him the most well rounded physician I have ever had. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone who needs a new doctor.
