I think the staff and ER Dr was awesome and very attentive to my loved one. They LISTENED, and did everything and more - that I asked of them. Being a Healthcare worker myself, I am very pleased at the care that the patient, and I AM RECEIVING at this Hospital. They have no idea how to manage their billing. After over 10 years they are still trying to collect on a bill that they have admitted time and time again was a mistake on their part. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
The BCIR unit is amazing, they are some wonderful nurses to say the least.... Very compassionate and knowledgeable.
