Took my oldest son here for chest pains. After a few labs they said it was mono and told us to take him home and sleep it off. The bill for this diagnosis was $15,000 to my insurance and $7000 to us. We took my younger son to All Children's for a febrile seizure a few weeks later. The ER visit, doctor's bill, a two day stay, and ambulance all cost us $1500. If you want to be taken to the cleaners for a diagnosis and no real care, welcome to Northside Hospital.

Worst Hospital that you can take a love one!!!! The lack of communication between the nurses and the doctor is pathetic! Took ny mom to the ER because she was not feeling good at 8:33 on a Wednesday. The Doctor only went to introduce himself once then we only saw the nurse 2 times after that she went to take the vital signs and left we waited 3 hours for the nurse to come back nobody went to check how my mom was doing. RecommendedAmidst debilitating pain from sciatica my experience in the ER could not have been better. I was hesitant to go to an ER but couldn’t wait the time it would take to get in to a orthopedist. Ryan PA in the ER was amazing and professional as well as informative. Great to see that there are individuals in the medical field who genuinely enjoy helping.
RecommendedEveryone is very respectful and courteous. They really helped me understand what was happening during my boyfriends heart attack. He was in the cath. lab within 45 minutes of the beginning of symptoms. And discharged the next afternoon!

I WILL NOT recommend ANYONE to come to this hospital it’s such a joke there staff is so rude and disrespectful there Psychiatrist is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to anyone especially the patients if anyone needs medical help go somewhere else don’t go to Northside they will waist your time and tell you nonsense just to get your money
