RecommendedHad a spinal fusion done on 11/11/19. I had the absolute best care with the most amazing nurses and techs. I have not one complaint. If I ever need a surgical procedure done it will be done in this hospital. They are the most caring and compassionate staff I have ever met. from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. RecommendedI think I was cared for by every area possible, although I was very ill...everyone made me feel comfortable and always made sure I was comfortable. The CVICU team (led by Charlotte) was outstanding! I highly recommend Northside for any cardio related issues! Dr. Kwon is a fabulous surgeon, the radiology, NICU and all the other teams go above and beyond!
They don’t listen to you! They just want to to get in and get out!!!!! Waste of a hospital

No communication, understanding, compassion, or competence. Just had my husband in for a judgemental, stressful, and traumatizing ER visit. They wouldn’t even draw blood but relied on old records instead. Even referenced something as being recent which actually occurred a full year ago. He could barely walk when they discharged him.
I am writing this comment to address several levels of care by Northside Hospital. My 91 year-old mother entered ER in the early am hours of Saturday. She was diagnosed with bronchitis and eventually admitted to stay for the daytime hours and overnight. She was going to be released the following day but fell and broke her hip while at the hospital.
