Always a very courteous and caring experience. From the front security personnel to the nurses and doctor. Nurse Dennis was fantastic!
There is good and there is very bad at this location. The wait is never long. My two lower lungs are collapsed and I developed MCAS, MCS, and I just learned I’m asthmatic now but I’m allergic to Atrovant and Albuterol therefore my allergic reactions range from mild to severe anaphylactic shock and all these conditions make me very prone to anaphylaxis. The nurse and doctor were absolutely amazing. There was no wait, I was in and out in less than an hour. The doctor and nurse explained everything they were doing. Update to my original review from 6/26. I had to go back to the clinic on 6/29 as the glue came undone. This time the doctor told me to not get the glue wet at all, last time he said it was fine if it got wet. I had the same doctor both visits. Update-She just got home to me & no Zofran was even called in. 2 year old with hx of Rett Syndrome, G tube, Aspiration brought in by Dad(first mistake) after having 105 fever at home and still vomiting after 4mg zofran. Andrew glickman tested just for Covid,Flu,Rsv and said those were the only viruses they could test for. He did not check for a UTI, which should've been a concern given lack of respiratory symptoms. Spent 30 of the 45 minutes I was in the building only for the doctor to come and super glue my finger shut. A month later I receive a $2k+ bill from the facility and doctor. The total amount billed to my insurance was over $3600. Avoid this place at all cost even with decent insurance. The place was completely empty when I walked in and now I know why. Shame on me for not realizing this was a hospital and would bill accordingly, however, almost $4k for 45 minutes and some super glue is insane.
