This place is SUPER SLOW. Especially to be an urgent care. It’s empty yet extremely slow. I’ve been attended way faster at the actual hospital Lakeland regional.
Had the best care from Dr Glickman and nurses Julia, Moseka and Amy while at this ER. Dr Glickman was able to get my pain under control and ordered the necessary imaging to find out that I needed surgery. The nurses were great and very compassionate while I was there! I was then transferred to Brandon Regional where I was cared for by Dr Vega Parra in the ER and Dr Baron did my emergency surgery. The new Drs are excellent, with a few of the others who have worked so hard here. They listen to their patients, are knowledgeable, and respectful. Very Ethical which you won’t see at other hospitals or Ers around here. I’m happy to see this facility is rated 4 now. The nurses are the sweetest and work so quickly. Nicole’s my fav. And the security guards are the friendliest and always have you smiling. I have sent the nurses and Drs donuts bc they deserve it and more. I will be doing it more. We visited this ER today for my son who has an injured foot. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive and compassionate. The check-in process was quick! The nurses were incredibly kind . The doctor took the time to listen carefully and made sure she took my sons injured foot seriously and treated him like he was her own. I truly felt like he was in good hands the entire time. The very first time I went here the doctor was fabulous .a male doctor ,staff was amazing .taking care of my ear infection..Last night I went due to my foot numb and tingling. Also both hands ..having heart skips ..serious symptoms .there was a woman doctor and 4 other women tht came into the room ..very rude and made me feel I shouldn't be there ..I said im here cause I need tests to ensure im not having something like a stroke or blood clot..one of the women said stop listening to Google doctor ..I said excuse me??
