I took my husband there on Saturday morning Dr was very rude and unprofessional,I understand that everyone has a bad day and that things happens but when we are in the business of caring for people and dealing with people that are sick a little friendliness would be help in a situation when we are unsure of the circumstances of love ones

One of the worst and most dismissive experiences I've ever had with a Dr. Dr. Bernstein acted like he didn't understand why I was there, said essentially nothing was wrong yet provided a diagnosis that I had to find out myself when I read my paperwork. It seemed like the second I mentioned pain as a symptom he checked out completely. Just FYI some people have legitimate issues, just because someone is in pain does not mean their concerns should be dismissed completely. Left feeling unheard, uncared for and wasted my time.

From the check in to getting in to the triage it was super fast. My husband was very well taken care of. The facilities are very prepared with lab, ct scan and x ray.

I was taken care of with very special care. I have lower back pain and not once was I hurt or made to feel pain. Each person took extra time to make sure I was comfortable and their test was done with precise experience.
