This is the only ER I will go to. Dr. Finna, RN Dennis and RN Amanda were not only some of the freindliest people I've interacted with at a ER but they were very efficient. I was in a room with 2 minutes of walking in the door and had X-rays and EKG with 10 minutes. This is the only ER I will go to in the future if I have an emergency.
Victoria has amazing bedside manner. She made me so comfortable. She was kind, understanding and knowledgeable!

I have seen Dr. Mitchell twice now. Once was at the HCA south lakeland facility and once at the north lakeland hca facility. Both times he did not give me a referral and proper follow up. The first time I saw him, i had to contact a hand specialist and the hospital myself in order to have a necessary surgery when he should have referred me to a specialist. It was a horrible ordeal.
