The care my husband received at HCA Floeida Lakeland Emergency was excellent. The nurses and physician who cared for him were professional and efficient. The facility was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this emergency room to others needing emergency care.

Omg! This place hands down is absolutely amazing. Went in with a severe cough. Did not have wait at all once checked in. And I get anxiety when it come to hospitals and test and etc...but my Nurse Sarah was passionately comforting when it came to the testing and subsided my fears. Mr. Gary watched over my daughter and was very caring giving her snacks while she wait for my x-ray. The person picking up the phones around this time of day shouldn’t be (5pm Sunday). I saw this hospital had great reviews so I wanted to travel the 20 minutes with my husband there instead of the one 9 minutes from our home. I called to check on the wait time and how busy the hospital was right now and the lady immediately was VERY short with me.
