I was seen in January 2026. We’ve been trying since the end on January 2026 to get a copy of my bill and to this day have not received my bill for January 2026. I keep getting the run around to call their 3rd party, go online to request again, and still cannot get my bill.
This place has some of the greatest staff that any medical facility can ask for. Victoria, RN gave my mother such great care yesterday. Not only was the care great her ability to make her laugh the pain was amazing! Always a great experience we thank you all so much!
This place and its staff is very neglectful. I am a high risk patient due to having Lupus and MS, along with a plethora of other autoimmune diseases along with spinal cord compression: I made this very clear to them, and went in for signs and symptoms of cauda equina. Not only did the nurse not take my history, current medication list, the dr did not ask for this information either. The only test ordered was a CT scan and the Dr attempted to stick his finger up my butt I was released within 45 minutes. The radiologist report... read more
