I have so many complaints for this hospital (NEVER go here) but I will stick to my issues with the billing department for this one. I am a 28 year old woman with PERFECT credit. I have never paid a bill late in my life, including CRMC's bill that I have been paying on since 7/2012. I just received a call from a COLLECTION agency who has received my balance. Had been having extreme pain in my right arm for months, I had seen two different physicians concerning the pain and swelling. They brushed it off as a symptom of my neuropathy. But I knew this was something totally different! The pain got SO intense I sought out the help of the emergency care center at CRMC, the immediately seventh me to MRI and ultrasound, what they found there saved my life.... my wife has indometriosious and she went up there cause she was in acute pain and doctor refused to scan her to see if it has spread he said it was a waste of his time how is one persons life a waste of a doctors time this is crazy i can assure u this i wont ever go there again and i strongly urge u not to eighter the doctors name is roger menze..

World Class Pediatrician!!! I cannot say enough about Dr. John and the staff of Professional Park Pediatrics. They have cared for my son since the day he was born and I have not had a single incident that would require a complaint. Love this place First off you don't even feel like you are in a hospital, it is very homey and just built in 2005. They have all the ammenities you could possibly need and more. Giving birth here was a wonderful experience. Nurses and staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and even the food wasn't that bad considering it is a hospital.
Extremely knowledgeable Dr. Elzie has been an amazing asset ever since my son was born. As a first time mom, i had tons of questions big and small. And he made me feel like no question was stupid and helped he get through a rough time when my son was hospitalized at only 6 days . He made sure I knew everything I needed to know to help my son get better.
