I am deeply disappointed to have been treated as less than human by HCA Florida Capital Hospital. As a disabled Black woman, I was disrespected by a doctor, and when I spoke up, the hospital ignored me. They closed my claim NOT because it lacked merit, but to protect themselves. On April 6, 2025, while admitted at HCA Florida Capital Hospital, I had an encounter with Dr. Nirmal B. Singh during morning rounds that left me feeling humiliated and dismissed. Instead of showing compassion and professionalism, his comments made me feel uncomfortable at a time when I was already vulnerable. A total horror show. Left hand has no idea what right is doing. 1st day: My BP was over 220 - and they screwed around for an hour. After 1st dose of pain meds - hours after I arrived - some OMG - Pain Meds BAD! idiocy kicked in - BP started back up, finally gave me enough to knock it down. Test after test after test - no diagnosis. Surly, abusive lab techs berate me and twisted my knee while I was out, so now I can't walk - real funny, jerks! Dr. Takkiwal, Nurse Jessica RN, and Nurse Mia, and Tech Austin, and other nurses that treated me were the Best Employee I could have had. I appreciate your work and your support for patients like myself. It's really feels good to have Doctors and Nurses that care about the community of the people. We all go through something's but I thank you all for your hard work supporting community of Tallahassee.

I had 2 ED visits, surgery, and was in the hospital 3 days in March 2023 following a cat bite. The nurses and everyone I met (except one of the doctors) were very nice and helpful, but by the end of my stay I was quite frustrated, because nobody seemed to have authority to DO things. They dropped the ball on things like: unhooking 3 IV ports after my IV ABX were all finished and I was supposedly being discharged, helping me shower because I had been told not to get the bandage wet; bringing me my regularly prescribed med... read more

My husband was in CRMC recently for a heart catheterization procedure. The staff in the cath lab could not have been kinder and nicer; very considerate and caring. We were VERY pleased and highly recommend the facility and Dr. Pandit, whom even the staff regard as a "rock star".
