I would like to say a special thank you and a shout out to Trey (RN nuclear medicine) and Christa. Everybody I had contact with was extremely professional, courteous, and well informed. Thank you for your attention to detail and taking very good care of me.
I had 2 ED visits, surgery, and was in the hospital 3 days in March 2023 following a cat bite. The nurses and everyone I met (except one of the doctors) were very nice and helpful, but by the end of my stay I was quite frustrated, because nobody seemed to have authority to DO things. They dropped the ball on things like: unhooking 3 IV ports after my IV ABX were all finished and I was supposedly being discharged, helping me shower because I had been told not to get the bandage wet; bringing me my regularly prescribed med... read more
My husband was in CRMC recently for a heart catheterization procedure. The staff in the cath lab could not have been kinder and nicer; very considerate and caring. We were VERY pleased and highly recommend the facility and Dr. Pandit, whom even the staff regard as a "rock star".
