Fabulous service. Very easy to book online. Directions given to vehicle location and check in were concise & accurate. Smooth sailing from booking online to pick up to end of contract. The company we actually rented the vehicle from were more than helpful & very professional and our agent spoke English so it was completely stress free for these two old anglophones. We have used HBC Rentals for each trip to London over the last 3 years. The service they provide has been outstanding, picking us up and dropping off at the airport, the car has always been ready to go and the guys and gals there are efficient and friendly. Its easy to be a return customer when the experience is great.
The service was recommended to me by a friend. I found indigo to be fast and efficient. I was very pleased with the service provided by Connor and also by avis. Have already recommended to friends and family
I have rented cars here before but only because it's close to my house. The service hasn't been great and it usually takes a long time to get things done.
Poor service. I did not get help from HBC Rentals when my car got a problem. I would never use their service again!

Pour service. Everything did not go smoothly, I have to wait 1 hour to receive the car. Not satisfied. The price was not reasonable also!
