Excellent. Car available, clean and modern.Friendly staff and easy pick up and drop off.
No problems with this hire. Queue was long at London Airport but that was the same for most car hire desks. Pleasant staff. Car was ready andwas anice new model. No problems at all. I would certainly use again!
Pick-up and drop-off: Very satisfied with advice, information and service at HBC Rentals. Car: Very satisfied with cleanliness of the car at pick-up. Very impressed by the fuel economy and versatility of the Ford Focus.
At first I was not sure, but ended up being pretty satisfied that i rented the sedan from HBC rentals. They did a great job indeed.
Pretty amazed by their instant pick and drop service along with a variety of renting packages. Will go for HBC again!
No problems at all. However I was the first person to the National desk on picking the car up which was ok. However there was a sizeable queue when I left.
Good car (new Rav4)and good service from staff. Only disappointment was that we had pre-booked a ski rack which was not present when we first got to the car. The staff did sort this out quite promptly but it meant we wasted approx 30 mins in the airport. Otherwise a very good car hire experience and would happily use them again!
I was more than satisfied on renting a sedan from HBC rentals. There service is simply outstanding.
The staff at London were very friendly and helpful. The car was not where it should have been but it was soon retrieved from another car park by the staff who were very apologetic. The car was clean and tidy.
