Product is great, but the customer service, well that is not so great....We love the portion of our order that has been installed on our porch. The Savannah Rails are beautiful and sturdy. We are disappointed that HB&G is unable to complete our order as there are two stair rails which have been due in for several months now. Our order was placed through Home Depot in Bel Air Maryland. Number one company in the country? You don't give your employees a thanksgiving dinner or Christmas bonus. That's pathetic. Low lifes in management
I ordered 5 of the split 10 ft X 10 in diameter columns. It took 2 months to arrive. Finally took delivery today and determined I need a split column installation kit (not included) to install them. You would think this would come with the split column purchase or HB&G would advise the buyer you need the kit to install and it is not included.. Customer service will not sell me the kits so major setback on my schedule.
